The Historical Society meets the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:30 pm. The Library is open from April through October on Thursday,
Friday and Saturday from 1 pm - 5 pm. The museum including the 2nd floor displays will be open during the festival. The Museum's Hall of
History has 20 colorful displays about Moniteau County. The Lobby with the mural will have a demonstration of rag rug weaving and the
public is welcome to try weaving on the loom. The 2nd Floor has a "Carriage Room" with displays of agricultural interest. The Turret Toom
has views of the street program and has a melodeon. Demonstrations on this musical instrument may be available at a scheduled time. The
Meeting Room will have displays by invited exhibitors plus some temporary exhibits by the society. The room is air conditioned and visitors
are welcome
